Job summary

Agentrys is seeking a Solutions Engineer, AI for Chip Design, to work on-site in San Jose, CA or Hsinchu, Taiwan. You will deploy agentic AI systems into semiconductor design workflows and collaborate with leading companies to define metrics and measure impact.

The role requires hands-on chip design experience across verification, RTL, PD or custom design, plus strong communication with design and EDA teams. You will prototype demos and help shape product directions.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Engineering, CS, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of chip design experience: verification, RTL, physical design or custom design.
• Ability to communicate with design, CAD and EDA teams.
• Familiarity with generative AI systems or multi-agent workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy agentic AI systems into real semiconductor design workflows.
• Collaborate with customers to understand workflows, define success metrics and validate impact.
• Work with AI researchers, EDA engineers, and chip design experts to solve design problems.
• Prototype demos, production deployments and reusable product capabilities.
• Design evaluations, analyze failures, and improve agent systems through real-world feedback.
• Build polished technical demos, customer-facing slides, and proof-of-value presentations.
• Independently prototype and rig quick demos to show potential before full production.
