Job summary

Cognichip, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff - AI Solution Architect to bridge advanced AI capabilities with silicon design teams in Redwood City, CA. You will translate complex concepts into practical solutions and lead customers through adoption of Cognichip ACI solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with design teams, hands-on support, and clear technical documentation to accelerate learning and effective deployment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 5-10 years of RTL design/verification with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog and Python.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to translate complex tech.
• Consultative, problem-solving mindset and passion for helping others succeed.
• Knowledge of the chip design process from RTL to physical design.
• Experience with machine learning or deep learning concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI to real-world problems. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance and support to help them integrate Cognichip ACI solutions into their design flows.
• Bridge the gap. Collaborate closely with customer design teams, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless experience. Relay critical feedback to internal AI and software teams.
• Drive adoption and success. Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions that showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions.
• Diagnose and solve. Analyze design flows, log files, and user interactions to diagnose problems, provide solutions, and improve products and services.
• Educate and inform. Create clear, concise technical documentation, application notes, and guides to accelerate customer learning.
