Job summary

Animaj seeks a CGI production leader to own end-to-end pipelines from asset creation through final render for animated series and features. You will shape project pipelines, balancing engineering, production and creative needs while ensuring scalable adoption across partner studios.

You will drive AI-enabled workflows, provide clear feedback to engineers, and maintain Animaj’s technical voice with studios worldwide. This role requires strong leadership under high-pressure timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end CG pipelines for animated series/films.
• Track record managing external studios and outsourcing partners.
• Strong technical feedback to improve production tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own full production pipeline from asset creation to final render across shows.
• Define and adapt pipelines per project to meet creative/production needs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, TDs, Creative, and Production to align workflows.
• Guide external studios through Animaj workflows and tools for best adoption.
• Ensure AI tech is central to productions and scalable deployment.
