S&J Plumbing is seeking an AI & Business Transformation Manager to build scalable systems that enhance productivity and business performance. You will partner with leadership to identify inefficiencies and implement AI-driven solutions across operations, HR, onboarding, and reporting.

You’ll lead automation projects from concept to adoption using low-code and AI-assisted platforms, while improving recruiting, onboarding, and knowledge management.

Formación

• Experience in AI implementation and adoption.
• Proven ability to automate workflows across departments.
• Experience building internal tools and dashboards.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze workflows across operations, dispatch, call center, accounting, marketing, recruiting, HR, warehouse, sales, and field teams.
• Redesign processes to improve scalability, consistency and performance.
• Identify and implement AI solutions to drive business value.
• Develop standards and best practices for AI adoption.
