The analyst will translate findings into actionable strategies, work with leadership to define success metrics, and drive adoption through proactive change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred.
