Sedgwick is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to support enterprise-wide growth, performance, and innovation. The role collaborates across departments to identify opportunities, applying analytical and data-driven capabilities to solve business challenges and leverage AI to improve processes.

The analyst will translate insights into actionable strategies, drive transformation programs, and ensure adoption through change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred.

• Engages with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with organizational goals.
• Assists in the design and delivery of transformation programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Utilizes AI tools and technologies to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and accelerate innovation.
• Identifies, prioritizes, and implements high-impact AI use cases in collaboration with tech and business leaders.
• Utilizes analytical rigor to diagnose challenges, solve problems, and inform decisions.
• Drives adoption and cultural alignment through proactive change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitors progress against transformation objectives.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement into all transformation efforts.
