Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Admin, IT, Finance, Data Science or Analytics.
• Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis; AI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise-wide transformation initiatives aligning with growth objectives.
• Engages with stakeholders across departments to understand needs and align transformation efforts.
• Assists in the design and delivery of transformation programs with cross-functional teams.
• Utilizes AI tools to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and accelerate innovation.
• Identifies and implements high-impact AI use cases with business and tech leaders.
• Uses analytical rigor to diagnose challenges and inform decisions.
• Drives adoption and change management to achieve culture alignment.
• Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitor progress.
• Tracks outcomes and embeds continuous improvement in transformation efforts.
