Sedgwick is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to drive enterprise-wide initiatives using analytical and AI-enabled approaches. You will partner with multiple departments to prioritize opportunities, diagnose challenges, and translate insights into actionable strategies for growth and efficiency.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder engagement, and driving measurable transformation across the organization.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/CS, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics or related field.
Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis, or equivalent.
Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred.
Professional certifications (CBTP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP) preferred.
