Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT/CS, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or related field preferred.
• Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis; AI experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of large language models and AI applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with measurable impact.
• Engages with stakeholders to understand business needs and align transformation efforts.
• Assists in design and delivery of transformation programs with cross-functional teams.
• Identifies and prioritizes high-impact AI use cases with tech and business leaders.
• Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitor progress.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement.
