Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to drive enterprise-wide initiatives that spur growth, performance, and innovation. You will collaborate across departments to identify opportunities, translate insights into actionable strategies, and apply AI to improve business processes.

You will engage stakeholders, design programs, and monitor success metrics while embedding continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; CBTP/CBAP/PMI-PBA/PMP preferred.
Six years of experience in business analysis and data analysis; AI/analytics preferred.
Working knowledge of large language models and AI applications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

Supports enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that align with growth objectives and deliver measurable impact.
Engages with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with organizational goals.
Assists in the design and delivery of transformation programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Identifies, prioritizes, and implements high-impact AI use cases in collaboration with tech and business leaders.
Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitors progress against transformation objectives.
Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement into all transformation efforts.
