Cerbo · OptiMantra is a healthcare technology company delivering EHR and practice management platforms for diverse care models. The Business Operations Manager role sits in Finance, delivering decision-ready insights and supporting margin improvements in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support and other functions to ensure clean data, scalable reporting, and automation that drives compensation metrics and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business operations or FP&A in SaaS.
• Strong reporting and data analysis for leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with leadership-level reporting and presentations.
• Advanced Excel skills and data reconciliation across systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain recurring and ad-hoc operational reporting for senior leadership.
• Support process and margin improvement initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Independently manage smaller projects and ad hoc analyses.
• Develop AI-forward workflows to automate manual reporting.
• Oversee operational metrics that feed into compensation plans and related reporting.
• Collaborate across Finance and Functional leadership to align on goals and drive initiatives.
