Capital One Shopping, a remote-eligible business unit of Capital One, seeks a Business Director to lead strategic initiatives, analytics, and cross-functional execution. You will work with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive growth and improve product strategies.

You will leverage strong analytical skills and leadership to influence decisions, mentor analysts, and deliver impact while navigating a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 4 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• At least 4 years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One Shopping.
• Lead cross-functional teams including IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve products and pricing.
• Develop and test new product, pricing, and revenue strategies for lending products; model analytics.
• Direct-to-consumer marketing leadership and design of customer experiences and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive credit risk improvements by building models and monitoring performance.
• Oversee multiple projects, align business requirements, and ensure delivery against strategy.
• Foster partnerships across the enterprise to improve quality, volume, and profitability.
• Demonstrate strong executive communication and data-driven decision making.
