You will partner with business and technology teams to deliver measurable value by analyzing processes, defining future operating models, and applying AI-assisted insights.

Successful candidates typically have 5+ years in business analysis, experience with transformation programs, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading business analysis activities across departments and transformation programs.
Experience supporting business transformation, technology implementation, or digital modernization initiatives.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in consulting or complex enterprise environments supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes.
Elicit, document, validate, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Translate needs into user stories, specs, and solution requirements.
Support Agile delivery, backlog refinement, and sprint planning with product teams.
Coordinate UAT, validation, and organizational readiness for adoption.
