Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading business analysis activities in departmental or enterprise-scale programs.
• Experience supporting business transformation, technology implementation, or digital modernization initiatives.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in consulting or complex enterprise environments supporting cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical business and technology solutions.
• Proven ability to influence decisions and foster collaboration across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes.
• Translate strategic needs into user stories, specifications, rules, and process docs.
• Collaborate with leaders, architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to define practical solutions.
• Support evaluation and implementation of enterprise platforms and technology solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops to build alignment across stakeholders.
• Apply AI to assist with requirements, process modeling, and documentation while validating outputs.
