Job summary

Savvy Wealth is seeking a Business Operations Manager to own day-to-day operations for our broker-dealer, ensuring seamless execution, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance. You will work with Investment Operations, Legal & Compliance, and vendors to ensure best execution and scalable processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will design workflows for post-trade, cashiering, and client money movement while leveraging AI to improve efficiency and accuracy across multiple workflows.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and ability to build SOPs and controls from scratch.
• Comfort working across Investment Operations, Compliance/Legal, and Product/Engineering.
• Experience with AI/automation to improve reconciliation and error-detection workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the end-to-end operational workflow across the brokerage lifecycle, resolving issues.
• Establish post-trade monitoring and pre-emptive issue resolution processes.
• Create and maintain records reconciliations and corrective workflows.
• Design workflows for corporate actions communications and regulatory reporting.
