Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in computer science, bioinformatics, data science, ML or related quantitative field.
• Experience with single-cell or spatial transcriptomics is desirable.
• Background in handling large biomedical datasets and ML methods.

• Develop and apply statistics, ML and AI approaches.
• Integrate molecular, cellular, spatial and clinical data.
• Interpret results and write manuscripts; present findings.
