Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to own measurement and analytics for agentic AI automation within the BPO domain. You will build, run, and scale data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and dashboards to quantify automation impact across operations.

This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, BI, and AI operations, emphasizing platform work, data quality, and fast-paced automation evolution. Strong SQL, Python, and visualization skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL.
• Experience in data visualization with Tableau, Quicksight or similar tools.
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and ETL pipelines.
• SQL to pull data and Python for data processing.
• Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, CS, math or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deliver BI solutions measuring automation impact.
• Define metrics to evaluate automation effectiveness and drive strategy.
• Analyze problems and understand AI-driven workflows in operations.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines and scheduling infra.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses and present recommendations to leadership.
• Produce insights to shape metric development and investments.
• Automate reporting, audits, and data-driven activities with AI tooling.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to enhance data access.
• Develop best practices for data integrity and pipeline reliability.
• Instrument AI automation with observability improvements.
• Support internal customers with dashboards and self-service analytics.
• Learn new technologies to support product/process innovation.
