Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking a Business Intelligence Associate to transform data into trusted, visual insights. You will build dashboards, drive analytics, and collaborate with executives and product teams to enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will work in a cloud-based analytics stack, leveraging SQL and modern BI tools while contributing to AI-enabled experiences and scalable data models.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand the decision-making process, workflows, and business needs of executives.
• Translate business needs into analytics and reporting requirements to support decisions.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Develop semantic models and reusable metrics to ensure consistency across dashboards.
• Mine data warehouses to identify trends and generate insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and domain experts to deliver analytics.
• Contribute to AI-enabled analytics, including natural language access to data.
• Transform data into clear, actionable reporting with charts and visuals.
• Align risk and control processes in day-to-day responsibilities.
