University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions in support of Institutional Advancement's Salesforce CRM. This role emphasizes data modeling, ETL, and AI-assisted reporting to deliver accurate, actionable information.

The ideal candidate combines practical problem-solving across the reporting stack with strong communication to translate business questions into reliable dashboards and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/analytics or related field with 2 years BI experience.
• Alternative: High School diploma/GED with 6 years BI experience.
• Experience in two or more of SQL, Data Warehousing, Semantic Data Models, Epic Clarity.
• At least 1 year client-facing technical solutions experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, datasets.
• Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into reports.
• Document reporting logic, data definitions, and source-to-report relationships.
• Maintain standardized report library with naming, access, and retirement practices.
• Develop reusable data models and standardized datasets.
• Handle ad hoc requests and convert recurring ones into self-service solutions.
• Design, configure, test, and monitor AI-assisted reporting and automation.
• Monitor AI outputs for accuracy, security, compliance.
