Job summary

MSS MJH Shared Services is seeking a Benefits and Wellness Coordinator to administer benefits programs, coordinate wellness initiatives, and support total rewards. You’ll use AI tools to draft employee communications and manage HRIS data in a hybrid work environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration with the broader HR team to enhance employee well-being and organizational performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years administrative experience, preferably supporting HR functions.
• AI-native mindset; ability to draft communications and summarize data using AI tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate benefits into clear content.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA and 401(k).
• Draft benefits communications and wellness content using AI tools for internal channels.
• Serve as a point of contact for benefits inquiries and resolve provider issues.
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with benefits regulations.
• Coordinate wellness activities and events from planning to execution.
• Analyze participation data and surface insights to improve programs.
• Support salary structure data, market benchmarking, and pay equity efforts.
• Assist in executing total rewards initiatives and recognition programs.
• Respond to routine HR questions about benefits, payroll, and time off.
