Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Knowledge of SDLC practices including coding standards, reviews, source control, builds, testing, and operations.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible with changing work settings.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services.
• Develop modern, responsive front-end applications.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end user experiences.
• Build and manage database solutions; develop automation scripts using Python or Bash.
• Design and build AI/ML integrated applications including chat models and document understanding.
• Work with Azure AI ecosystem (Azure Foundry, OpenAI, Cognitive Services).
• Build AI-enabled apps using Spring Boot backend services.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage apps in Microsoft Azure (App Services, CosmosDB, Function Apps).
• Implement caching with Redis or Ehcache and use Docker/Kubernetes for containerization.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and oversee performance monitoring and optimization.
• Continuous improvement of code quality with modern tooling and AI-assisted development.
• Automated testing and rapid feedback during development; troubleshoot across projects.
