Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced software developer to modernize legacy systems while building new, production‑grade applications. You will design frontends, backends, and APIs (REST/GraphQL), write tests, and mentor teammates in a fast‑paced Agile environment.

You will work with databases like PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, or MongoDB, implement event‑driven microservices, and contribute to CI/CD improvements. Experience integrating AI/ML into client apps is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an application development role.
• 2+ years of proven full-stack web development experience.
• 2+ years of experience with modern software product development, integration and delivery.
• 2+ years hands-on Agile development in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Modernize legacy systems while building new ones.
• Develop full-stack production-grade applications (frontend, backend, REST/GraphQL).
• Write and integrate unit, integration, and system tests.
• Design and implement event-driven microservices architectures.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into client applications.
• Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and delivery infra.
• Mentor and uplift developers around you.
