Job summary

Cprime is looking for an ambitious Atlassian Sales Executive to drive growth across WX services—agile transformation, ITSM, digital workplace, and AI-enabled work management on the Atlassian stack. You will own the full sales cycle, build a robust pipeline, and advance enterprise deals with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in transformation sales, proven enterprise pipeline success, and strong stakeholder communication to win multi-year partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling consulting or transformation services.
• Direct experience selling Atlassian-related services.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Proven track record creating and growing enterprise pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full sales cycle from initial conversation to close across WX service lines.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline at 3x quota target.
• Position Atlassian as the platform of choice for enterprise work transformation.
• Collaborate with marketing, solution advisory and delivery teams to shape campaigns and strategy.
• Drive co-sell motions with Atlassian sales, channel and alliance teams.
