Job summary

Capco’s Associate Talent Program (ATP) in New York is an early-career development track for recent graduates and professionals with up to 1.5 years of experience. The program combines intensive training with hands-on client work across business and technology to build versatile consultants.

Your two-week foundational training, followed by an AI fluency bootcamp, prepares you to rotate across roles such as BA, AI Strategy Consultant, Tech Generalist, Product Analyst, and UX/Design Strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Graduation date between Winter 2026 - Spring 2027.
• GPA 3.5 or above.
• 0–1.5 years of full-time post-grad experience.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
• Comfort working in teams bridging tech and business.
• AI-native mindset: you think with AI.
• U.S. work authorization (citizens or PR only).

Responsibilities

• Research market trends and create structured recommendations.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with business and tech stakeholders.
• Build client-ready presentations or prototypes using GenAI tools.
• Help define change strategies and rollout plans for large transformations.
• Contribute to Capco's AI capabilities and offerings.
