Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with strong fundamentals.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher is preferred.
• 0–1.5 years of full-time post-grad experience.

Responsibilities

• Research market trends and develop structured recommendations.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with business and tech stakeholders.
• Build client-ready presentations or prototypes using GenAI tools.
• Define change strategies and rollout plans for large transformations.
• Contribute to Capco’s AI capabilities and offerings.
