ALO’s Beverly Hills-based Senior Asset Protection Analyst provides analytical leadership, risk intelligence, and executive reporting for Asset Protection & Safety. The role focuses on identifying and mitigating risk across Alo’s retail sanctuaries, leveraging an AI-first approach to detect risk earlier and guide actions.

Collaboration with Finance, IT, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders is essential to develop risk indicators, dashboards, and scalable AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, finance, criminal justice, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in asset protection, loss prevention, investigations, retail operations, fraud, or risk analytics.
• Experience supporting multi-location or complex retail environments.
• Independent leadership of complex analyses and translating findings into business recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of shrink, retail theft, fraud, internal investigations, and operational controls.
• Experience with exception reporting, dashboards, risk scoring, or automated workflows.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with Power BI/Tableau or similar BI tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead shrink and loss analysis across Alo sanctuaries, identifying trends by location and product.
• Analyze transaction, inventory, RFID, incident, cash, audit, and operational data for risks.
• Develop AI-supported risk scoring and early-warning indicators with IT and business teams.
• Identify external theft, fraud, ORC, internal dishonesty indicators, and control gaps.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and translate findings into prevention strategies and actions.
• Measure financial impact of AP programs and mitigation efforts.
• Support risk assessments and ad hoc analyses as business needs evolve.
• Own and improve exception reporting across enterprise datasets.
• Lead analytical components of investigations and prepare materials for leadership.
