The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead Capability Design Architect to define and govern technical blueprints for a designated domain.

This senior IC role bridges long-term capability vision with high-quality execution, working with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into modular designs. You will enforce Fit to Standard and Clean Core, lead design reviews, mentor junior architects, drive GenAI adoption, and supervise architecture standards

Qualifications

• Lead and govern enterprise domain architecture using TOGAF or SAP EA.
• Design side-by-side cloud extensions and API contracts.
• Review integrator SOWs and ensure adherence to CoE standards.
• Implement AI/automation use cases in architecture workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define 3-year technical capability vision and roadmap.
• Align designs with business roadmaps and maintain DRY principles.
• Model TCO and identify technical debt.
• Lead domain-level Value Stream Mapping and integrations.
• Mentor architects and present designs in reviews.
