Job summary

Marcel Digital, a Chicago-based agency, seeks an Analytics Reporting Specialist to own client reporting end-to-end. You will build standard report shells in Looker Studio, populate core data, and enable SMEs to layer insights. This role emphasizes automation, AI-assisted workflows, and delivering accurate reports on schedule.

You will work closely with Paid Media, SEO, AMs, PMs, and Leadership to maintain high data standards and scalable reporting practices across diverse client types.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital or marketing analytics reporting experience.
• Advanced Looker Studio skills including data blending and calculated fields.
• Strong knowledge of GA4 and ad platform reporting (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads).
• Experience building repeatable reporting templates across many clients.
• Process-minded with ability to document and improve recurring workflows.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to speed up work (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage 15+ client reporting schedules concurrently.
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting process end-to-end across all clients with schedule and QA discipline.
• Create and maintain a standard report shell in Looker Studio for each client.
• Populate core data points each cycle and hand off to SMEs with space for insights.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, SEO, AMs, PMs and Leads to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual steps each month.
• Test AI-driven data pulls, first-pass observations, and anomaly detection.
• Document processes so reports are produced consistently by any team member.
