Job summary

Elsevier, a global information analytics company, seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead the transformation of how we deliver analytics to internal and external customers through AI across healthcare education products.

This collaborative leader will guide product discovery, strategy and execution, translating customer insights and emerging technologies into practical, high-impact solutions that improve decision-making and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, technology products, data products or analytics.
• Experience delivering AI-, analytics-, data-, or insight-driven products.
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear product strategy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and roadmap for AI-enabled analytics across healthcare education products.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to surface insights and improve decision support.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product strategies and requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX and customers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Establish measures of success and prioritize backlog to drive outcomes.
• Champion responsible AI with attention to quality, privacy, transparency and trust.
