Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for AI-enabled analytics across nursing and medical education products.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to simplify analytics and surface insights.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product strategies and experiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and customer-facing teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Establish measures of success and track adoption, usability, and business impact.
• Champion responsible use of AI including privacy, transparency, and trust.
