Based in Arlington, VA, you will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex rules into practical, scalable GRC solutions and leverage data for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in AML/BSA/OFAC.
• Hands-on regulatory compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead API compliance strategy development and execution.
• Provide AML/CFT guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Conduct AML/CFT risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Develop, document, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Review risk records, policy breaches, and escalations.
• Prepare governance reports highlighting trends and recommendations.
• Support audits and examinations; ensure readiness and controls.
