Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in asset/wealth management, alternatives, product management, or related fields.
• Deep understanding of alternative investment products, portfolio management, and fund-of-funds structures.
• Proven track record of leading product development initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define Portfolio Management Product Vision & Strategy aligned with client needs and business objectives.
• Lead Product Development & Delivery using agile JPM disciplines and OKRs to drive commercial benefits.
• Champion client voice and collaborate with client-facing teams for product positioning and engagement.
• Governance and risk oversight across Alternatives lines of business, with cross-functional decision-making.
