Job summary

RayzeBio, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, is seeking a Senior Manager, Alliance Program Management to lead external partnerships and oversee joint radiopharmaceutical programs. You will serve as the primary operational interface between RayzeBio and alliance partners, coordinating process development, manufacturing, and regulatory activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nuclear Chemistry, Radiochemistry, or a related scientific discipline; advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry with 5+ years in process development/manufacturing; small molecule and/or RPT experience a plus.
• Deep understanding of process development, GMP manufacturing operations, and CMC activities; radiopharmaceutical principles a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and operational liaison for external alliances and partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with partner organizations at all levels.
• Facilitate joint governance meetings, steering committees, and reviews with alliance partners.
• Drive alignment on program objectives, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with alliance contracts and collaboration frameworks.
• Monitor partner performance against contractual obligations and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across internal and external partners to deliver program goals.
• Develop, manage, and maintain integrated program plans and budgets across multiple alliances.
