Anthropic is seeking a Finance Analytics and BI professional to build the data foundation powering accounting analytics. You will design data models, orchestrate pipelines with dbt and Airflow, and create dashboards and data apps that give finance stakeholders self-serve insight.

You’ll collaborate with Accounting, Data Engineering, and Finance to ensure accurate reporting and scalable analytics as the company grows its AI safety initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong SQL and Python experience with data modeling
• Experience building analytics for finance or accounting
• Experience with data governance, testing, and documentation

• Design, build, and maintain data models and orchestration pipelines (dbt, Airflow) powering analytics, reporting, and downstream financial workflows
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and data apps enabling self-serve data access for stakeholders
• Translate business questions into metrics and tools; deliver clear recommendations
• Support financial reporting, close, reconciliations, and scenario analysis
• Define AI-powered accounting automation in partnership with stakeholders and streamline workflows
• Champion data quality across the data stack; ensure robust documentation
