Job summary

Arize is seeking a documentation-focused engineer to own the docs health as products evolve. You’ll build automation that tests samples, drift between code and docs, and drafts updates for review, using AI to accelerate quality.

You’ll produce tutorials and open-source demos to accelerate developer adoption, while coordinating external documentation with partners and curricula. You’ll also shape onboarding for new users, ensuring they reach their first working eval unassisted, and collaborate

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical writing, documentation engineering, developer relations, or an engineering role with substantial writing.
• Excellent technical communication evidenced by public-facing docs, blogs or videos.
• Proficient with docs-as-code workflows, CI and repo collaboration.
• Interest in how agents read docs and building tooling around documentation.
• Willing to attend occasional in-person events within travel radius.

Responsibilities

• Own the health and accuracy of Arize's product documentation as we ship new features.
• Build automated systems to monitor docs quality and drift between code and docs.
• Draft updates and ensure examples run correctly with AI-assisted workflows.
• Write and refresh tutorials, cookbooks, and open-source demo repositories.
• Get Arize documented accurately outside our site with partners and educators.
• Create onboarding experiences for new users to reach working eval unassisted.
