Job summary

EY is seeking a software engineer to shape intelligent platforms, focusing on frontend and API-driven backend work. You will translate business needs into scalable UI and API designs across web and mobile, within a team of engineers, data scientists, and designers.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, cloud familiarity, and hands-on development of complex systems, with opportunities to influence product direction in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Temporal.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and building Agents.
• Ability to design and implement robust APIs and microservices using Java, Python, FastAPI and OpenAPI.
• Integrate authentication using Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC and Azure AD.

Responsibilities

• Develop UI across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
• Identify and define user requirements aligned with business needs.
• Engage in coding, programming, and creating specifications to deliver development services.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members for successful task completion.
