Job summary

EY is seeking a highly skilled software engineer to join the Platforms Practice, building intelligent UI across mobile, web, and tablet platforms. You’ll translate business needs into robust front-end and API designs, contributing to distributed systems and AI-enabled products.

You will collaborate in an agile team, write tests, and help deliver scalable software that touches clients globally. The role offers hybrid work, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Temporal.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and building Agents.
• Ability to design and implement robust APIs and microservices using Java, Python, FastAPI and OpenAPI.
• Integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms using Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
• Experience with Data Visualization tools like: D3, Highcharts, Ploty.js, Ember Charts.
• Experience using Commercial Dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) / unit testing.
• Experience working on complex problems and in a complex codebase.
• Knowledge of frontend “best practices” around page performance.
