Qualifications

• 1+ years freight dispatch or logistics coordination experience.
• Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop)
• Strong communication skills — phone and email
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
• Experience with TMS software a plus

Responsibilities

• Assign and monitor loads for active drivers
• Communicate with freight brokers on load status and issues
• Track deliveries and manage exceptions in real time
• Work alongside AIDA AI agents and handle escalations
• Document dispatch activity in VAU0 TMS
