Zekelman Industries is seeking an AI Intern to support digital transformation across areas such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, IT, and Marketing. The role is on-site at Wheatland, PA, with the internship running from May 24, 2027, to August 13, 2027, offering hands-on exposure to AI, automation, and digitization in a manufacturing environment.

You'll document processes, help analyze workflows, and assist with pilot projects while developing materials and tracking KPIs under the AI &

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, or digital transformation.
• Ability to work with data and process-oriented tasks.
• Familiarity with Excel/PowerPoint/Visio or Lucidchart preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state business processes and identify inefficiencies.
• Analyze workflows and data to inform AI, automation, or digitization initiatives.
• Prepare process maps, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Assist with pilot projects related to automation, AI tools, or digital productivity solutions.
• Support training materials, guides, or internal communications related to AI adoption.
• Track project progress, basic KPIs, and outcomes under supervision.
