Guidehouse is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst in Arlington, VA to support design, development, deployment, adoption, and measurement of AI and technology solutions. You will partner with clients, data scientists, and end-users to define requirements and measure outcomes.
You will gather and validate requirements, translate them into functional artifacts, and help drive successful solution delivery through cross-functional collaboration and governance documentation.
Qualifications
- Active and MAINTAINED SECRET security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5 years of experience in technology, analytics, automation, or monitoring.
- Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and workflows.
- Document current and future state processes and governance requirements.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness.
- Assess stakeholder needs and potential business value to prioritize features.
- Document risks and controls for AI-enabled solutions.
