Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an AI DevOps Analyst to help build, connect, deploy, and support AI tools and automated workflows for secure operations. You will work with engineers, product owners, cybersecurity practitioners, and platform teams to deliver practical AI solutions that are easy to use and maintain.

You will contribute to AI gateways, automation, and governance, while supporting troubleshooting, testing, and release activities.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in software engineering, systems integration, or a related technical field.
• Experience supporting or implementing AI tools, automation platforms, or enterprise applications.
• Experience developing scripts or automations using Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of AI tools and automated workflows.
• Help operate the AI Gateway, including access permissions, model selection, and audit records.
• Build and maintain secure connections among AI tools, APIs, enterprise applications, and workflow platforms.
• Develop automation scripts, workflows, runbooks, and user guidance.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and release activities for AI tools and automations.
• Communicate status, risks, and recommendations clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
