Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years directly managing or leading a software team.
• Experience shipping internal tools or operational software with measurable business impact.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or operationally complex environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the software development team responsible for internal tools and automation.
• Own delivery cadence, sprint structure, and release processes.
• Translate priorities into a high‑impact roadmap and keep the team focused.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Finance and IT to align expectations.
• Evaluate AI models and frameworks; adopt what matters and integrate AI‑assisted development.
• Set technical standards and guide architecture decisions.
• Ensure adoption of shipped tools and track measurable outcomes.
