Job summary

Moultrie, based in Birmingham, AL, seeks an AI Development Advocate to scale AI-driven developer productivity across the organization. You will lead internal Developer Relations for AI, guiding the transition to an agent-first model and measuring impact on engineer confidence and output.

You will build tools, run workshops, unblock teams, and champion AI adoption with hands-on examples, governance, and cost controls to keep initiatives practical and scalable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET, Java, or equivalent language.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience delivering technical presentations to developer audiences.
• Experience creating/leading AI-enabled development tooling environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the organization-wide strategy for AI-assisted development.
• Build internal tooling, reference implementations, and proof-of-concept workflows.
• Provide hands-on technical support to engineering teams using AI tools.
• Design AI onboarding plans and structured ramp programs for engineers.
• Track AI adoption metrics and translate blockers into improvements.
