Moffatt & Nichol is seeking a Systems Solutions & Adoption Lead to empower our IT teams with AI-enabled workflows and training. You will design adoption programs, create playbooks, and guide citizen developers while ensuring governance and quality across enterprise tools.

Your role partners with business users and technical teams to implement practical AI solutions, prompts, and connectors that improve how teams work and how information is used.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying enterprise AI and productivity tools at scale.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, governance-aligned solutions.
• Hands-on with training, documentation, and user adoption strategies.
• Familiarity with content platforms and enterprise systems (DMS/CKM).
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop adoption strategies to improve awareness and repeat use of IT systems and AI tools.
• Design and deliver role-based training, workshops, and enablement content.
• Create user guidance, playbooks, and reusable examples for adoption.
• Identify pain points and opportunities to streamline workflows and data access.
• Translate business needs into scoped use cases, pilots, and repeatable solutions.
• Coordinate use-case lifecycles from intake to rollout and adoption.
• Provide governance-oriented best-practice guidance for tool usage and quality.
• Guide power users and citizen developers in solution design and AI use.
• Write, refine, and support prompts and AI-enabled workflows.
• Monitor adoption, training reach, and business impact.
