Job summary

Moultrie is seeking an AI Development Advocate to scale AI-driven developer productivity. You will drive the internal DevRel for AI, define end-to-end strategy, and own the transition of software teams to an AI agent-first model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (including GitHub Copilot).
• Proficiency in .NET, Java, or a similar language; ability to guide production-quality code.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the organization-wide strategy for AI agent-first development and adoption milestones.
• Build and maintain internal tooling and proof-of-concept workflows for AI-enabled tasks.
• Provide hands-on technical support to engineering teams on AI tools and workflows.
• Design and execute AI onboarding plans and structured ramp programs for engineers.
• Build feedback loops between engineering teams and tech leadership to address blockers and gaps.
• Grow an internal AI Champions community to scale enablement beyond a single advocate.
• Define and track AI adoption metrics across teams and tooling usage.
• Partner with leadership to identify high-value AI use cases within the SDLC.
• Monitor AI tool ecosystems and stay current with agentic frameworks and tooling trends.
• Own AI governance and cost controls, including license management and spend visibility.
