Career Renew is recruiting for an AI Developer Experience & Media Lead in a hybrid role in Redwood City, CA. You will turn cutting-edge AI/ML research into technical storytelling—including threads, demos, videos, and launches—that resonate with a technical audience.

You will build and maintain a native voice on X, engage with researchers and developers, and lead end-to-end launches across blog and video while collaborating with product and research teams.

Qualifications

• Active personal X account with at least 1,000 followers and technical audience
• Experience creating content for social media platforms (technical concepts)
• Proficient building technical demos (code, notebooks, video)
• Strong short-form technical writing (threads, posts, blogs)
• Willing to work in Redwood City office 4 days/week and collaborate with AI teams

Responsibilities

• Turn research and product work into technical storytelling—threads, demos, videos, launches
• Build and run a recognizable native voice on X daily
• Draft and enable researchers' social presence in their own voice
• Own end-to-end research launches across X, technical blog, and video
• Build relationships with researchers, open-source developers, AI creators, and founders
• Bring community feedback to product/research teams to guide what’s built
• Run experiments across formats and channels and measure attention and trust
