Staffing Science is partnering with a fast-growing technology company to recruit a Marketing Manager for developer infrastructure and AI. This remote role serves as a player-coach, leading a team across content, education, and creative while remaining hands-on in writing and editing.

You will craft narratives that resonate with developers and AI builders, shaping the brand voice for a rapidly evolving market.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing ability; samples requested.
• Strong understanding of AI, AI agents, LLM apps, or the broader agentic ecosystem.
• Experience marketing developer tools, infrastructure, cloud platforms, APIs, open-source tech, or highly technical B2B products.
• Ability to communicate credibly with developers without sounding like traditional enterprise marketing.
• Comfortable balancing strategy, leadership, and hands‑on execution.
• Experience leading a content/creative team or being a senior IC ready to lead.
• Strong instincts around brand, storytelling, community, and technical audiences.
• Familiarity with modern developer and AI ecosystems; visible portfolio or industry presence a plus.
• Bonus: experience with developer-led growth, product-led growth, funnels, growth loops, or scalable acquisition channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy and execution across newsletters, social media, product storytelling, technical education, and thought leadership.
• Guide and develop a small, experienced team spanning content, developer education/community, and creative.
• Stay hands-on with writing and editing—this role needs someone who can create, not just manage.
• Build messaging that resonates with developers, engineers, technical founders, and AI builders.
• Develop fluency across the evolving AI agent and developer infrastructure ecosystem.
• Shape the company's brand voice and establish a distinctive point of view in a changing market.
• Expand visibility through content, community, partnerships, events, and developer engagement.
• Partner with growth and product teams to turn technical capabilities into market narratives.
