Overview

Osprey Life Sciences is seeking an experienced AI Developer – Microsoft Copilot Studio to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise AI agent solutions.

This role will focus on building practical, business-driven AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience translating business requirements into effective conversational AI experiences and is comfortable owning solutions throughout the development lifecycle—from design and configuration through testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agent development frameworks such as LangChain and/or LangGraph
• Experience with AWS Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore
• Experience building code-first AI agents and multi-step or agentic AI workflows
• Experience integrating AI agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
• Familiarity with enterprise AI architecture, security, governance, and responsible AI practices
• Experience working within Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or another regulated industry
