Datadog is seeking a Program Manager on our Community team to drive AI and Developer events, delivering high-quality content and coordinating across multiple teams to ensure a positive experience for customers.

You will own onsite speaker experiences, plan programming, manage deadlines, and support content at global events. This role offers a hybrid work model, travel up to 20%, and a competitive salary and equity package.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of program management experience leading initiatives such as large scale conferences within a technical, B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to partner with technical stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to planning and execution.
• Experience influencing stakeholders at senior levels without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Grow Datadog's presence at AI and Developer events and identify meetup and sponsorship opportunities.
• Plan technical programming for AI or developer events Datadog hosts or sponsors.
• Support AI and developer content at global events like DASH and the company's conference.
• Track deadlines and deliverables for content and assets; coordinate with vendors and procurement as needed.
• Identify risks and blockers for the event program and drive resolutions.
• Maintain internal tools and public website for event agenda and speaker content.
• Own onsite speaker experience for internal and customer speakers; manage onsite programming and rehearsals.
• Collaborate with Community teams and stakeholders; refine processes for automation and scaling.
• Communicate goals, status, risks, and impact across teams.
