Job summary

Tether is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead AI-driven initiatives powered by QVAC, Tether’s SDK for local AI and delegated inference. • 5+ years in program management, AI, data infrastructure, or complex tech delivery.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder implementations across enterprise or government environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QVAC-based AI deployments from kickoff to production.
• Define implementation roadmaps, milestones, and cross-team dependencies.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and research teams on capabilities and roadmap.
• Governance: maintain plans, risk tracking, and executive updates.
